The best tastes of the Brazilian hinterlands in one superb drink: cachaça, brewed coffee, and condensed milk. One could probably make it with vodka, espresso, cream and sugar, but it definitely wouldn't be nearly as Brazilian.

  1. Mix coffee, cachaça, and condensed milk together vigorously. Serve cold, but without ice.
  2. Cook's Note - you're making a larger batch, the ratio is 6 parts coffee to 2 parts cachaça to 1 part condensed milk.
